National Cherry Blossom Festival

Like many of the memorials and sites with stamps in the National Capital Region - especially inside D.C. proper, it can be quite easy to 'get' the stamp without ever seeing the site. The Cherry Blossom Festival is the most gorgeous (and often popular) time of the year to visit the National Mall when the trees are in full blossom.
