Pennsylvania Avenue National Historic Site

Like many of the memorials and sites with stamps in the National Capital Region - especially inside D.C. proper, it can be quite easy to 'get' the stamp without ever seeing the site. In the Spring of 2020 at the height of the Coronavirus wave, I took Baby Yoda on a bike tour of the National Capital Region to finally see them all (or almost all of them)! For Pennsylvania Avenue, there was not specific location - the entire avenue is the historic site. However, while touring it with Baby Yoda, I found this memorial right on the avenue - something I hadn't noticed before.
