Arches National Park
As part of the 2022 Summer Road trip, I finally visited this iconic National Park to see first hand what all the fuss is about. My parents rave about this park. Almost everyone I ever talk to about National Park raves about their love for this park.
However, I must be an anomaly as I found myself less than impressed. It's possible that was due to the heat of visiting on July 4th, the timed entry with an hour wait just to get in, or the crowds in general. We drove the length of the scenic drive taking it all in. I hiked to the Sand Bridge and we all hiked to the Landscape bridge (about a 2 mile round trip hike).
There are a lot of Arches with a lot of trails to hike to see them all. I would like to re-visit it again someday in the fall or early Spring when the temperatures and crowds are down to enjoy more of the hikes and possible explorations.

Arches - April, 2023 Roadtrip
As part of the Wave Hike Road trip, the whole family had the chance to visit Arches and make the hike the most famous Arch in the world - The Delicate Arch. We added in the Double Arch hike and a revisit to the Sandy Arch to top it all off. My biggest recommendation for visiting Delicate Arch is to start the hike as early as you can - the crowd grows large very quickly and line to get that perfect photo can take a long time.
